Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect?

As we prepare to welcome you on-site, we are committed to making it a safe place for you and your family. When you arrive for service, you'll notice the following measures:

  • Cleanliness in all areas of our facility
  • Hand sanitizing stations throughout the building
  • Digital options for note-taking, prayer, connection, and giving
  • Face coverings for all attending
  • Limited and spaced-out seating to maintain appropriate social distance
What if I'm not comfortable returning in-person yet?

We understand if you are not yet comfortable returning on-site. Many have personal health concerns or loved ones that are vulnerable. We want you to be safe, so if you are not yet ready to return, that's okay! Please continue to join us for our online services at church-redeemer.org, on Facebook, or YouTube.
We kindly ask that you and your family join Church Online if you've:

  • Had a fever in the last 72 hours
  • Are showing any symptoms of COVID-19
  • Have been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days
Will RKids children's services be available?

At this time we will not be offering our RKids services on-site.

Will Masks be required?

Yes. Please come prepared with your face covering and wear it during your time in the building.

What time should I arrive?

The doors to enter the building will open 30 minutes before the beginning of the service and seating will begin at that time. We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes before to provide time to be seated appropriately and so we can share some important information before we begin the service.
