What is it?
The online giving system with the blue screen will be discontinued on October 31, 2019.
Why the update?
Previously, if you gave in multiple ways (text, kiosk, app, or online), you had to use multiple systems and logins. Now, they are all accessible using one system and one login.
Where can I see my giving statement?
You can access your 2018 statement in the same place as previously. We are also launching a portal for you where you can join groups, find serving opportunities and get more engaged at Redeemer—more on that later. In this one place, you can also see your year-to-date 2019 giving and will get your 2019 giving statements there. Want to see your 2019 year-to-date giving now? Login here.
What if I have a recurring gift in the old (blue screen) system?
The recurring gift will automatically stop as of October 31, 2019. Please set up your recurring gift in the new system as described here.
If I already use a kiosk, text or app giving, do I need a new login?
No, you can use that same login for online giving.
